If you need to purchase a new mobile phone, you can now use the TKS call and collect service. Just call the TKS hotline to reserve the phone you’d like to buy, then collect it at your nearest TKS shop.
When you have made your reservation, your local TKS shop will have the device set aside with your name on it. All you need to do is go to the shop during their regular hours of operation, present your ID card, pay for the device, and then you’re set to go.
Why call and collect?
Due to COVID-19 regulations, it is currently not possible for retailers in Germany to do direct, in-person consultations and device sales. However with our new call and collect service you’ll be able to buy the devices that you need, and at the same time you’ll be doing your part in combating the spread of the virus.
There’s no additional charge or fee to use call and collect. Whenever you're ready – just give us a call!
